New Elton John Documentary, ‘Never Too Late,’ Set To Premiere On Disney+

A new documentary titled Elton John: Never Too Late will premiere on Disney+ on December 13th, preceded by a limited theatrical run on November 15th in the US and UK. The film will focus on the legendary singer and songwriter’s creative journey throughout his 50-year career in the entertainment industry, concluding with John’s celebrated final North American concert at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles back in 2022. The documentary will also feature an original song from John as well. “

Directed by R.J. Cutler and David Furnish, the documentary follows Elton John as he looks back on his life and the astonishing early days of his 50-year career in this emotionally charged, intimate and uplifting full-circle journey,” reads the documentary’s logline. “As he prepares for his final concert in North America at Dodger Stadium, Elton takes us back in time to recount the extraordinary highs and heartbreaking lows of his early years and how he overcame adversity, abuse and addiction to become the icon he is today.” (Consequence of Sound)
