Lizzo Responds To Comical Reference To Her In ‘South Park’ Special

During the new animated comedy special, South Park: The End of Obesity, the show takes aim at trendy weight loss drugs like Ozempic and Mounjaro, while also poking fun at pop superstar Lizzo and her message of body positivity. The Lizzo treatment – listening to her music five times a day – was prescribed to the South Park character, Cartman, a move that won’t result in any weight loss, but will cause him to “no longer care about weight.” Cartmen dismissed it later in the episode, saying, “Rich people get Ozempic, poor people get body positivity.” Lizzo recorded her reaction to the show on TikTok, proudly responding, “I just feel like, damn, I’m really that b*tch. I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a f*ck, to the point where these men in Colorado know who the f*ck I am and put it on their cartoon that’s been around for 25 years.” (Consequence of Sound)
