Madonna Honor Pulse Nightclub Victims During Miami Concert

Madonna paid tribute to the 49 victims of the 2016 Pulse nightclub shooting during her concert in Miami. She invited survivors and families to the show and delivered a heartfelt speech, emphasizing the importance of clubs, music, and dance in bringing people together. She called the shooting the “biggest terrorist attack on America after 9/11″ and urged her audience not to forget about it. “I’m very emotional about this,” she said. “I make dance music. My job is to bring people together, to make people dance, to make people happy, to not judge. This sh-t is not supposed to happen.” Madonna’s “Celebration” tour will close with a massive free concert in Rio de Janeiro on May 4th.
